Why subscribe?

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of open source, infrastructure, and innovation.

My journey began when I started my University degree, where I built the first Linux lab on campus and worked with professors to introduce Linux into the curriculum. That early passion for open source led me into information security, before I pivoted to development and systems engineering.

Over the years, I’ve built software across platforms—from the early days of SymbianOS and PalmOS to iOS and modern web applications. I helped build Cloudways, a managed hosting provider, from the ground up and scaled it through to the point it got acquired. Along the way, I founded a Linux training academy to find and nurture talented engineers straight out of university. I have worked across engineering, research, product, and technical support.

Today, I lead the AI initiative at Cloudways, a DigitalOcean company. I spend my time exploring where this new world of artificial intelligence is taking us—and sharing what I learn along the way.
